BOLINAS: At 8:30 p.m. a bearded man was screaming and lying outside the Free Box.

FOREST KNOLLS: At 10:43 p.m. a neighbor reported noisy machinery.

INVERNESS: At 11:08 p.m. a woman said someone had filmed her while she was walking her dogs earlier that night.
