HICKS VALLEY: At 8:33 a.m. a Honda Pilot had driven off a road.

POINT REYES STATION: At 12:28 p.m. a deputy signed off on a citation. 

INVERNESS: At 3:49 p.m. an alarm sounded on Callender Way.

INVERNESS: At 4:08 p.m. a housekeeper accidentally set off another alarm.

STINSON BEACH: At 4:49 p.m. someone in Seadrift was believed to be a danger.

MUIR BEACH: At 5:50 p.m. a car had slid off a roadway.

POINT REYE STATION: At 5:57 p.m. a car was stalled in the boulevard.

WOODACRE: At 9:14 p.m. a man without pants and with lacerations on his legs was hitchhiking west on White’s Hill. 

Thursday, January 6

NICASIO: At 10:24 a.m. a man reported the theft of a package containing a rifle scope.

POINT REYES STATION: At 12:29 p.m. deputies gave a man a day to remove a trailer.

NICASIO: At 2:49 p.m. a man in a baseball cap was driving down the wrong side of Lucas Valley Road. Deputies searched his car and found tools associated with catalytic converter thefts and a disabled placard. 

TOMALES: At 3:01 p.m. a woman reported her daughter as missing.

SEASHORE: At 3:05 p.m. deputies made a welfare check.

BOLINAS: At 3:49 p.m. a woman said a man with a restraining order against her had parked his car in front of her trailer.

POINT REYES STATION: At 5:19 p.m. a man said he hoped deputies could hold off from towing his homeless friend’s trailer until he pulled resources together to help the man. 

STINSON BEACH: At 7:01 p.m. a woman with a flat tire near Steep Ravine was having a panic attack while she waited for a tow truck.

OLEMA: At 10:37 p.m. a car flipped onto its side and into a ditch. 

Friday, January 7

FOREST KNOLLS: At 9:19 a.m. a deputy marked a graffitied box van for abatement.

TOMALES: At 10:06 a.m. a deputy searched for a missing person around Keys Creek.

MOUNT TAM: At 10:27 a.m. a portable toilet on the Shafter Fire Road was reported damaged, possibly by an explosion.

SAN GERONIMO: At 11:51 a.m. someone said tree cutters on Tamarack Road were stopping traffic for 30 minutes before letting people through.

POINT REYES STATION: At 12:51 p.m. someone said a homeless person was making trouble, holding a knife and shovel the night before and today texting the caller.

BOLINAS: At 12:59 p.m. a woman reported ongoing issues with her mother.

INVERNESS PARK: At 1:05 p.m. a homeowner said a tenant had seen a Lexus with no plates and tinted windows pull into her Redwood Avenue driveway and stay for 15 minutes. Other unfamiliar cars had been pulling into the driveway, too. 

POINT REYES STATION: At 1:13 p.m. someone asked for a welfare check on a former employee.

STINSON BEACH: At 2:13 p.m. a Tesla was driving recklessly north.

SAN GERONIMO: At 2:25 p.m. someone reported hearing loud booms the night before.

DILLON BEACH: At 4:01 p.m. someone reported a possible squatter (it was the homeowner).

SAN GERONIMO: At 9:49 p.m. someone reported finding a drunk woman with a bicycle lying on the ground and driving her a few blocks up the road.

Saturday, January 8

FOREST KNOLLS: At 3:25 a.m. medics attended to someone.

POINT REYES STATION: At 8:26 a.m. medics transported someone.

WOODACRE: At 9:51 a.m. someone asked what the night explosions were.

STINSON BEACH: At 2:15 p.m. a chain was found cut on a Department of Public Works gate on Fairfax-Bolinas Road.

BOLINAS: At 2:40 p.m. a park ranger was on his way to the fire station with photographs of interest.

MOUNT TAM: At 2:55 p.m. a young autistic man was temporarily missing near a lookout.

INVERNESS: At 3:55 p.m. a Prius without a placard was parked in a disabled parking spot.

WOODACRE: At 4:02 p.m. a woman said a large, barking, long-haired, loose Labrador had tried to attack her. She was sheltering inside her house.

INVERNESS PARK: At 4:27 p.m. a van had driven off the boulevard.

INVERNESS PARK: At 4:30 p.m. a resident wished to talk about a neighbor who plays loud music.

FOREST KNOLLS: At 7:21 p.m. a passerby saw three men shining a flashlight into a home.

STINSON BEACH: At 8:01 p.m. a car had landed three feet deep in the lagoon.

WOODACRE: At 9:44 p.m. medics transported someone.

SAN GERONIMO: At 9:49 p.m. multiple callers heard a loud explosion. One said it had come from the first tee at the former golf course. 

MOUNT TAM: At 10:16 p.m. a driver crashed into a shoulder.

WOODACRE: At 10:22 p.m. a woman said her neighbors were smoking her out, trapping her inside her house with their smoke and she’d done everything she could to get rid of it.

Sunday, January 9

POINT REYES STATION: At 9:43 a.m. someone had questions about local issues.

NICASIO: At 10:55 a.m. a mother asked for a welfare check on a son.

CHILENO VALLEY: At 12:08 p.m. a motorcyclist fell off his bike.

POINT REYES STATION: At 1:07 p.m. someone called about ongoing threats and harassment by family members.

NICASIO: At 2:13 p.m. someone asked for a civil standby while picking up belongings from an ex’s house.

SAN GERONIMO: At 2:35 p.m. someone needed medics on a fire road.

SAN GERONIMO: At 2:35 p.m. someone on Juniper reported hearing loud explosions at night.

WOODACRE: At 4:19 p.m. a man said his ex from 30 years ago was at his house and would not leave.

WOODACRE: At 6:04 p.m. the same man said the woman had pounded on his door and was now sitting on his front porch. He said he was “too upset to recall her descriptors.”

WOODACRE: At 6:14 p.m. the man asked if deputies had picked the woman up and repeated that he was too upset to recall her descriptors.

SEASHORE: At 6:35 p.m. a black calf was walking toward the lighthouse.

WOODACRE: At 6:46 p.m. an uncooperative person reported a medical emergency and hung up. Medics transported someone.

SAN GERONIMO: At 8:05 p.m. a deputy patrolled the Barnabe fire road.

SAN GERONIMO: At 9:25 p.m. a woman said she heard the boom again and it was the largest yet. Numerous other callers reported the explosion; one was angry with the lack of law enforcement response and another said they saw where it came from.

SAN GERONIMO: At 9:46 p.m. a deputy on foot patrol at the golf course near hole four reported hearing the boom and seeing a flash but finding no signs of an explosion.

Monday, January 10

STINSON BEACH: At 9:36 a.m. a deputy patrolled Seadrift. 

POINT REYES STATION: At 12:18 p.m. a woman called about a family situation. Deputies referred her to West Marin Community Mediation.

SAN GERONIMO: At 1:10 p.m. someone reported having heard the explosions 10 times and said they were louder than gunshots. 

MUIR BEACH: At 2:20 p.m. a homeowner said a crew was putting soil and running a pipe on his property and he was worried they were damaging it, as there had been mud slides.

SAN GERONIMO: At 3:25 p.m. a sports car was speeding west.

OLEMA: At 4:40 p.m. someone needed medics at a trailhead.

TOMALES: At 5:58 p.m. someone wanted a man’s behavior documented.
