FOREST KNOLLS: At 11:06 a.m. a tree had fallen into power lines in open space.
TOMALES: At 12:13 p.m. two cars had crashed and at least one person was trapped.
TOMALES: At 12:35 p.m. a car was stalled in the highway in a foot or two of floodwater.
SEASHORE: At 1:43 p.m. wires had fallen at Drakes Beach Road.
