BOLINAS: At 10:45 a.m. a deputy moved along a homeless camper.

WOODACRE: At 12:03 p.m. a neighbor reported a gas-powered leaf blower.

BOLINAS: At 1:42 p.m. a resident reported a woman camping in a grove of trees who left a note saying she had permission to be there.

FOREST KNOLLS: At 2:25 p.m. a woman said she was being stalked in complex and perplexing circumstances.

SEASHORE: At 3:01 p.m. a family was stranded in a broken-down van.

POINT REYES STATION: At 3:15 p.m. a parent was hoping to get a sheriff’s sticker for their daughter to replace one that had gone through the wash.

POINT REYES STATION: At 5:38 p.m. a woman said a man who loiters downtown had been walking through her yard and, she felt, stalking her.

FOREST KNOLLS: At 7:08 p.m. a woman wished to report stalking. 

FOREST KNOLLS: At 8:38 p.m. someone called for child custody advice.

POINT REYES STATION: At 9:13 p.m. a woman called about getting her belongings.

Monday, February 17

MARSHALL: At 1:08 a.m. a front door was open at a restaurant.

DILLON BEACH: At 10:03 a.m. someone said a tow company would not tow their car, which had a slow gas leak, until firefighters inspected it. 

WOODACRE: At 11:08 a.m. a man reported that a woman had come to his property to say that her phone was pinging there. 

SEASHORE: At 11:34 a.m. someone needed medics.

BOLINAS: At 1:32 p.m. a parent said their daughter, who had been reported missing in Sonoma County, had been seen that morning by a former boyfriend.

BOLINAS: At 4:39 p.m. someone said a man who was recently fired from a job had been seen at the job site and may have a drug problem.

MUIR BEACH: At 5:13 p.m. someone looking at a security camera said a man was knocking on the door of a home where the caller’s mother-in-law was alone. The woman told deputies she hadn’t heard anyone.

TOMALES: At 8:30 p.m. cows were loose.

Tuesday, February 18

DILLON BEACH: At 6:45 a.m. medics transported someone.

WOODACRE: At 7:58 a.m. two cars crashed on Railroad Avenue.

POINT REYES STATION: At 8:15 a.m. someone wished to talk about encampments.

POINT REYES STATION: At 8:31 a.m. a deputy moved along a homeless person.

BOLINAS: At 9:20 a.m. a man said his co-parent had stopped communicating with him and he was trying to coordinate his daughter’s exchange.

CHILENO VALLEY: At 10:45 a.m. someone was pile burning.

SAN GERONIMO: At 12:50 p.m. someone was worried about a man with questionable demeanor who was “somewhat indiscreetly” holding a hammer by his side.

LAGUNITAS: At 9:49 p.m. two drunk people were locked out of their home.

Wednesday, February 19

BOLINAS: At 12:05 a.m. someone said an alarm had sounded in a pickup three times that night.

BOLINAS: At 9:18 a.m. a man reported receiving a call from someone claiming to be his teenaged grandson and asking for $10,000 in bail money and another call from someone claiming to be a public defender who said he could connect him with a bail bond company that day. 

MUIR WOODS: At 10:21 a.m. someone called to say there was an unlicensed, uninsured and unpermitted taxi driver parking in the lot at the monument who was charging three times what legitimate taxi drivers charge and harassing people into driving with him and not the others. 

MARSHALL: At 1:06 p.m. a deputy signed off on a ticket.

NICASIO: At 3:36 p.m. a car was stalled.

POINT REYES STATION: At 5:43 p.m. a woman called but the line dropped.

WOODACRE: At 7:30 p.m. someone reported a westbound driver before the call dropped.

TOMALES: At 8:11 p.m. a deputy walked through town.

Thursday, February 20

STINSON BEACH: At 1:33 a.m. garage doors were open, a light was on and a front door was unlocked at a Seadrift home.

MARSHALL: At 3:19 a.m. a car drove off a road.

WOODACRE: At 9:20 a.m. a property owner called about serving a three-day notice.

WOODACRE: At 10:29 a.m. a person in plaid was acting agitated outside the fire station.

INVERNESS PARK: At 11:26 a.m. a pickup drove off the boulevard.

WOODACRE: At 12:12 p.m. a woman said a man had yelled at her as she left her house that morning, accusing her of stealing a package that had been mistakenly dropped off with her but which she’d taken to another neighbor, believing it was meant for them. He had yelled Bible quotes and something about teenaged girls and he had exposed himself to another neighbor in recent days, she said. 

SAN GERONIMO: At 1:06 p.m. a deputy noted a parking violation.

SAN GERONIMO: 3:08 p.m. a neighbor reported a disturbingly loud party.

INVERNESS: At 7:11 p.m. a chimney fire was reported on Edgemont.

DILLON BEACH: At 9:53 p.m. family members were fighting at a campsite.

SEASHORE: At 11:24 p.m. someone said their Lexus was stuck in mud at Limantour and they didn’t want to pay for towing. 

Friday, February 21

BOLINAS: At 8:21 a.m. someone with a civil law case asked for a welfare check.

LAGUNITAS: At 9:17 a.m. someone reported unwanted texts.

BOLINAS: At 11:29 a.m. a man who didn’t want his name in the paper said he had been walking his dog toward the store when he passed a man and woman with a larger dog that wasn’t under their control and they’d gotten into an argument and the man had pushed him and the woman had yelled at him.

FOREST KNOLLS: At 11:53 a.m. someone asked deputies to move along a man from the post office parking lot who “comes down during the day to get sunlight.”

STINSON BEACH: At 1:04 p.m. a woman called about an unwanted person frequenting a business.  

BOLINAS: At 1:34 p.m. county parks staff assisted with sea-wall graffiti removal.

WOODACRE: At 2:51 p.m. someone called about an eight-month-old burglary case.

SAN GERONIMO: At 4:05 p.m. an elderly woman said her dog had run off into treacherous, impassible terrain, and she could hear it barking. 

BOLINAS: At 7:43 p.m. a woman was having thoughts of suicide.

SAN GERONIMO: At 9:11 p.m. someone reported a breach of a domestic-violence protection order.

Saturday, February 22

SEASHORE: At 12:06 p.m. a boater on Tomales Bay reported engine trouble and the tide was too low for the Coast Guard to respond. The boater self-rescued.

SAN GERONIMO: At 12:17 p.m. a deputy met with a homeless man with a broken-down car at the fire station parking lot, confirming that he an appointment with a mechanic.

POINT REYES STATION: At 1:53 p.m. a bicyclist crashed outside the substation and was transported.

BOLINAS: At 2:13 p.m. a man said a dog had come at him and forced him off the sidewalk and into the street, and its owner had subsequently threatened him.

DOGTOWN: At 2:15 p.m. a driver was swerving north.

HICKS VALLEY: At 3:33 p.m. someone called about a larger-than-usual planned showing of volunteers that night.

STINSON BEACH: At 5:06 p.m. someone reported a distressed dog crying in a car.

NICASIO: At 6:01 p.m. a driver was stalled. 

WOODACRE: At 7 p.m. someone returned home to find an unfamiliar car parked in their driveway. 

BOLINAS: At 9:18 p.m. a man called to scream and rant about toxins at a beach and energy and radiation. 

HICKS VALLEY: At 11:47 p.m. a car had been sitting for hours in a pullout with its hazards on.

SAN GERONIMO: At 11:58 p.m. a tall person with a polka-dot top hat and scraggly hair was hanging out into the boulevard.
