SEASHORE: At 3:59 p.m. a white sailboat with a torn sail and a sailor dressed in neon appeared to be in trouble off Chimney Rock. (He later gave a thumbs up to emergency responders from the cabin, where he was lying down.)

DILLON BEACH: At 10:34 p.m. the campers said another fight had broken out as soon as deputies left, with one man grabbing a woman and one woman insulting another woman’s body type.

DILLON BEACH: At 10:04 a.m. a campground staffer said he was struggling to track down contact information for the group that was kicked out in the night. They had left their belongings.
NICASIO: At 10:20 p.m. a deputy patrolled the square.
