WOODACRE: At 12:52 a.m. a neighbor was playing drums.

INVERNESS: At 9:34 a.m. a woman who had left a purse at Saltwater said the restaurant would not open again until Thursday and she asked if a deputy would drive by to see if it had been left outside.

NICASIO: At 10:04 a.m. someone said a neighbor was shooting guns too close to their property. 

POINT REYES STATION: At 10:48 a.m. medics transported someone.

POINT REYES STATION: At 10:53 a.m. a man said a friend kept texting and calling him and just the night before she had driven by his residence, likely drunk. The woman told a deputy she would not do it again.

LAGUNITAS: At 3:37 p.m. someone needed medics.

STINSON BEACH: At 3:56 p.m. someone called about the beached boat.

OLEMA: At 3:58 p.m. someone had a flat tire.

NICASIO: At 4 p.m. someone had questions about shooting guns on private property.

STINSON BEACH: At 5:34 p.m. someone called for medics.

POINT REYES STATION: At 5:34 p.m. someone else called for medics.

INVERNESS: At 8:13 p.m. someone heard an argument.

STINSON BEACH: At 8:14 p.m. a man said youths had been jumping off the beached boat and capsizing the dingy.

STINSON BEACH: At 8:38 p.m. a fisherman had built a fire on a beachfront property.

POINT REYES STATION: At 3:45 a.m. someone was heard screaming. (Maybe someone being attacked by a pack of coyotes, the caller hypothesized.)

LAGUNITAS: At 9:39 a.m. a woman said a neighbor runs a loud fan through the night.

POINT REYES STATION: At 9:58 a.m. a bride’s pearl necklace had been lost at a wedding.

DOGTOWN: At 10:03 a.m. a woman called about a family dispute involving a propane tank. 

SAN GERONIMO: At 11:08 a.m. someone called about an abandoned car.

POINT REYES STATION: At 11:28 a.m. someone needed medics.

STINSON BEACH: At 11:34 a.m. someone wanted to talk about the beached boat.

STINSON BEACH: At 11:47 a.m. someone else had questions about the beached boat.

STINSON BEACH: At 11:55 a.m. someone calling on behalf of a friend and the media inquired as to whether the boat was still there.

FOREST KNOLLS: At 1:47 p.m. medics transported someone.

TOMALES: At 5:47 p.m. someone was believed to be a danger to themself or others.

STINSON BEACH: At 8:17 p.m. someone smelled gas.

Wednesday, August 9

MARSHALL: At 9:44 a.m. someone flagged down a deputy.

STINSON BEACH: At 10:13 a.m. a woman asked deputies to check on the welfare of her dog trainer.

MARSHALL: At 11:42 a.m. a man was lying in the highway.

STINSON BEACH: At 11:47 a.m. a man called about his son receiving a citation related to his driver’s permit not being posted visibly in a window.

STINSON BEACH: At 11:55 a.m. a man wanted to talk about the effort to remove the beached boat, saying the resources and technology were ready to do so. He later said the effort would wait for favorable tides at the end of the month.

STINSON BEACH: At 1:21 p.m. someone called about the stuck boat.

INVERNESS PARK: At 2:02 p.m. child protective services asked for a welfare check. Deputies found a family doing great. 

POINT REYES STATION: At 5:21 p.m. a drunk person just out of jail had been walking around town all day. Deputies arrested them.

INVERNESS: At 7:19 p.m. someone planning a wedding in September called about a noise permit.

POINT REYES STATION: At 8:57 p.m. someone turned in a wallet.

BOLINAS: At 9:33 a.m. someone called about removing an abandoned pickup.

OLEMA: At 10:26 a.m. deputies looked into a repossessed pickup.

POINT REYES STATION: At 10:35 a.m. a local worker had lost her wallet.

BOLINAS: At 12:09 p.m. someone wanted to talk about a parking ticket.

INVERNESS PARK: At 12:51 p.m. branches had fallen onto power lines.

POINT REYES STATION: At 12:59 p.m. someone sought medics at the fire station.

WOODACRE: At 1:01 p.m. a man reported the theft of his unlocked $6,000 bike.

TOMALES: At 1:42 p.m. a shirtless man was yelling on a street corner.

BOLINAS: At 4:07 p.m. someone was concerned about a seal on a dock and another one on a jetty. A deputy sent pictures to the Marine Mammal Center. 

MUIR BEACH: At 5:18 p.m. someone wondered about a Lexus with flat tires that had been left near the inn.

NICASIO: At 10:40 a.m. someone said a neighbor had moved his shooting range back to a location that was out of compliance with county code. 

STINSON BEACH: At 10:43 a.m. someone called about the beached boat.

LAGUNITAS: At 12:10 p.m. a woman called about towing abandoned cars.

MOUNT TAM: At 2:11 p.m. a body was found in a ravine.

WOODACRE: At 3:34 p.m. someone reported attempted fraud.

NICASIO: At 5:44 p.m. a neighbor reported shooting.

INVERNESS: At 6:59 p.m. deputies attempted to serve a warrant.

WOODACRE: At 8:21 p.m. someone said a drunk man was leaning over a car.

SAN GERONIMO: At 8:48 p.m. deputies noted graffiti by a repeat offender on the Peters Dam Fire Road.

MUIR BEACH: At 12:50 p.m. a car was parked in a no-parking zone.

NICASIO: At 12:51 p.m. a neighbor reported gunshots. 

POINT REYES STATION: At 2:11 p.m. a motorcyclist crashed.

STINSON BEACH: At 7:59 p.m. a neighbor reported loud music.

BOLINAS: At 10:14 p.m. someone said homeless people had built a campfire in the bushes.

SAN GERONIMO: At 11 p.m. a youth was smoking on the roof of a school.

POINT REYES STATION: At 7:15 a.m. someone reported amplified music and preaching. Deputies said there was no merit.

DILLON BEACH: At 10:36 a.m. someone reported domestic violence. Deputies noted that both parties had restraining orders against the other.

STINSON BEACH: At 11:18 a.m. a deputy patrolled town.

MUIR BEACH: At 11:55 a.m. the deputy patrolled that town.

BOLINAS: At 1:55 p.m. someone needed medics.

NICASIO: At 2:36 p.m. a Tesla and a Toyota crashed without causing injuries.

POINT REYES STATION: At 6:33 p.m. someone called for medics.

INVERNESS: At 7:53 p.m. someone reported a leaking propane tank that had been filled on Friday.
