POINT REYES STATION: At 1:59 a.m. an alarm sounded in a family room.

BOLINAS: At 10:13 a.m. a man said an old friend had stolen his e-bike and given it to a former co-worker.

INVERNESS: At 10:44 a.m. someone needed medics.

SAN GERONIMO: At 10:57 a.m. a woman was spreading her message with a bullhorn.

BOLINAS: At 11:08 a.m. a man called to file a formal theft report but then found his e-bike in his garage. 

Tuesday, August 18

OLEMA: At 12:17 a.m. someone who was at the campground the week before when a suspect stole cash from a resident said they had seen the man, whom they described as strange. He had dropped off two people and driven away in a newer-model Chevy Duramax towing a fifth wheel.

BOLINAS: At 7:18 a.m. a man asked deputies to check on his children.

INVERNESS: At 8:53 a.m. a man called about his town needing an evacuation drill.

POINT REYES STATION: At 9:26 a.m. someone reported a lost brown purse.

INVERNESS: At 10:54 a.m. a woman said she’d been robbed and needed to get to a bank.

TOMALES: At 12:28 p.m. high school staff said a student had been found with a weed pen and an airsoft gun.

LAGUNITAS: At 1:38 p.m. a social worker said a man had allegedly threatened to kill his father in February. 

MARSHALL: At 2:16 p.m. lodge staff reported finding a dime bag full of crystally powder in the desk drawer of a room after a conference party had disbanded. 

SEASHORE: At 2:34 p.m. a cow and two calves were in the road near the cypress tunnel.

WOODACRE: At 2:46 p.m. someone called for medics.

POINT REYES STATION: At 5:43 p.m. someone else called for medics.

WOODACRE: At 5:44 p.m. an elderly woman needed help up her 28 stairs.

SAN GERONIMO: At 6:48 p.m. a woman was shouting into a megaphone.

INVERNESS PARK: At 8:36 p.m. someone reported a domestic dispute.

Wednesday, August 19

NICASIO: At 7:29 a.m. a PG&E worker reported an AT&T-related traffic hazard.

SAN GERONIMO: At 11:14 a.m. a woman called about a fine for late payment of an appealed ticket.

OLEMA: At 11:15 a.m. a man called to talk to a sergeant, not a deputy, about the fact that he had permission to film on a church property but the priest was telling him to leave.

FOREST KNOLLS: At 11:16 a.m. rehab staff said a patient posed a danger to herself.  

NICASIO: At 8:15 p.m. an alarm sounded at Rancho.

BOLINAS: At 8:39 p.m. a deputy checked on a truck that had been left at the laundromat for months after being sold.

Thursday, August 20

NICASIO: At 1:25 a.m. someone needed medics.

SAN GERONIMO: At 3:13 a.m. deputies arrested someone at the school.

OLEMA: At 9:04 a.m. someone reported an unwanted man on the church grounds.

SAN GERONIMO: At 10:55 a.m. someone called about a delinquent citation.

OLEMA: At 11:23 a.m. someone needed medics.

INVERNESS: At 11:25 a.m. someone sought information about a restraining order.

MUIR BEACH: At 12:42 p.m. a man called from a bank about a phone call claiming his grandson needed $10,000 in bail. 

STINSON BEACH: At 1:02 p.m. people were holding up a deer stuck in the lagoon and at risk of drowning.

NICASIO: At 3:42 p.m. a man called about a work truck he lent to someone who then registered it in their name.

MARSHALL: At 4:01 p.m. a woman said a T-Mobile worker had entered her property despite her no-trespassing signs and said they were downloading coordinates for an F.C.C. project.

WOODACRE: At 4:57 p.m. an elderly resident reported two packages with San Geronimo addresses dumped in a parking area.

STINSON BEACH: At 8:13 p.m. someone needed medics.

WOODACRE: At 10:56 p.m. a drunk person was throwing up in an Uber.

Friday, August 21

SEASHORE: At 8:52 a.m. a 58-foot fishing boat was stuck on a sandbar at North Beach and taking on water, with five people on board. One caller said the captain was refusing to board a Coast Guard boat with his crew, hoping the Coast Guard would tow it, and they described him as combative. 

SAN GERONIMO: At 10:10 a.m. a deputy patrolled campus.

FOREST KNOLLS: At 11 a.m. someone said an older man with longish gray hair kept placing nails under the tires of cars belonging to saloon staff and patrons. 

OLEMA: At 12:15 p.m. a deputy gave a trespass order to someone at the parish.

BOLINAS: At 12:23 p.m. a Terrace Avenue resident said someone had parked trucks and vans on an empty lot next door and had been living there for weeks, with tarps draped from trees. 

POINT REYES STATION: At 12:59 p.m. someone from the school called about a student who reportedly posted videos on social media about hating her peers and school staff. 

OLEMA: At 4:10 p.m. a deputy patrolled around the campground.

POINT REYES STATION: At 4:25 p.m. someone needed medics.

FOREST KNOLLS: At 6:32 p.m. someone called about a civil issue.

Saturday, August 22

POINT REYES STATION: At 6:31 a.m. someone said a man was heading to the post office and regularly leaves garbage and vomit around. The caller said he walks like he’s in pain and looks like he’s on drugs, and they wanted him banned from their premises. 

OLEMA: At 8:51 a.m. a porta-potty truck and another vehicle crashed, with one ending up in a field.  

LAGUNITAS: At 12:40 p.m. a deputy arrested a man for violating probation after finding him walking down the boulevard with his penis and buttocks exposed and in possession of something banned. 

LAGUNITAS: At 2:33 p.m. a resident said their neighbor operated a business out of their garage and was using a loud table saw. A deputy said construction and related noise was allowed on Saturdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

INVERNESS PARK: At 4:42 p.m. a deputy cited a vehicle.

FOREST KNOLLS: At 7:15 p.m. someone said a former friend was refusing to leave.

NICASIO: At 7:48 p.m. two pickups crashed on Point Reyes-Petaluma Road. 

STINSON BEACH: At 8:03 p.m. a woman was talking to herself in bushes.

MOUNT TAM: At 8:07 p.m. someone said their dog was lost.

INVERNESS: At 9:11 p.m. someone reported a loud wedding party.

OLEMA: At 10:25 p.m. someone else reported loud music.

BOLINAS: At 10:28 p.m. another person complained about loud music.

POINT REYES STATION: At 10:29 p.m. a customer was yelling and refusing to leave after breaking glassware.

Sunday, August 23

FOREST KNOLLS: At 4:36 a.m. a rehab patient needed medics.

BOLINAS: At 6:42 p.m. someone else needed medics.

NICASIO: At 10:13 a.m. a deputy patrolled the square.

NICASIO: At 1:01 p.m. a man said an angry driver had followed him to his home on a ranch and was blocking the gate.

POINT REYES STATION: At 2:14 p.m. someone said a stranger driving an older Volvo had parked outside for a third day in a row and sat there and stared at their house. 

STINSON BEACH: At 5:44 p.m. a man with a backpack was walking down Panoramic Highway, yelling at passing cars.

STINSON BEACH: At 10:30 p.m. a deputy notified a victim of an alleged perpetrator’s release, to which the victim demanded information about the deputy and kept repeating herself in an intoxicated manner.

STINSON BEACH: At 11:17 p.m. someone needed medics.
