DILLON BEACH: At 8:35 a.m. the other deputy on duty patrolled the campground and landing.

INVERNESS: At 8:58 a.m. someone called for medics.

SAMUEL P. TAYLOR: At 10 a.m. a woman returned a call about a missing person and his vehicles that had been found in the park. 

SAN GERONIMO: At 10:14 a.m. a father called about traffic safety and signage at the memorial site for his daughter and the other girls who died in a crash one year ago.

BOLINAS: At 11:01 a.m. a woman asked for help removing a man whose behavior had grown strange during a coffee visit.

BOLINAS: At 12:59 p.m. a woman accused a probationer of pushing her, taking her passport and cash and fleeing on a bicycle.

SAMUEL P. TAYLOR: At 1:41 p.m. a man in dark clothing was walking down the middle of the road. 

SAN GERONIMO: At 3:25 p.m. a woman said a man had taken a gun out of a safe and driven a Tesla toward town after making troubling comments.

WOODACRE: At 6:13 p.m. a call came in with a woman crying in the background.

INVERNESS PARK: At 7:03 p.m. a man reported receiving calls from a blocked number with a woman asking him his address and whether he ever visits Point Reyes Station.

LAGUNITAS: At 8:18 p.m. a delivery driver, speaking in Portuguese, said he had found a friendly Labrador retriever in the middle of the road and put it in his van after trying the number on its tag and not getting an answer.

HICKS VALLEY: At 10:04 p.m. a woman said a neighbor had seen a man with a ski mask and a baseball bat at her egg stand.

Tuesday, April 14

STINSON BEACH: At 1:18 a.m. someone needed medics.

SAN GERONIMO: At 11:03 a.m. a school resource officer admonished two students who had sent inappropriate photographs.

NICASIO: At 1:19 p.m. someone was burning a small brush pile.

INVERNESS PARK: At 2:09 p.m. someone called about having a deputy present at workplace violence prevention courses they were hosting in the area.

BOLINAS: At 2:57 p.m. someone called about a friend being extorted on Facebook.

POINT REYES STATION: At 6:15 p.m. a woman called about several messages she’d received from a person she hadn’t talked to in years who was apologizing for the past.

POINT REYES STATION: At 8:01 p.m. someone needed medics.

TOMALES: At 11:35 p.m. a man reported a broken safe. 

Wednesday, April 15

POINT REYES STATION: At 12:30 a.m. a man reported a lost or stolen passport.

TOMALES: At 12:35 a.m. a woman called about her father.

POINT REYES STATION: At 5:51 a.m. someone called about a possible phone-tree scam.

MOUNT TAM: At 7:48 a.m. fire crews were pile burning.

BOLINAS: At 7:48 a.m. a large branch fell into power lines on Alder Road, snapping a pole and leaving live wires on the ground.

LAGUNITAS: At 8:40 a.m. a man whose boat was about to be towed called to say he was certain that it was parked on private property. 

POINT REYES STATION: At 9:49 a.m. someone called about a meeting the next day where they worried there could be “some protestors/media in the area” and would deputies please provide extra patrol. 

STINSON BEACH: At 11:13 a.m. someone called about getting authorization to set up signs and close streets for a run in May.

POINT REYES STATION: At 1:27 p.m. someone said an elder had lost their phone. 

WOODACRE: At 2:46 p.m. someone wished to turn in a firearm. 

NICASIO: At 4:55 p.m. someone flagged down a deputy.

MARSHALL: At 5:01 p.m. someone reported a hit-and-run across the centerline. 

BOLINAS: At 8:18 p.m. a deputy patrolled Wharf Road.

Thursday, April 16

MOUNT TAM: At 7:34 a.m. crews were burning brush piles.

OLEMA: At 10:42 a.m. an electric pole was sheared and its lines were in Platform Bridge Road.

OLEMA: At 10:44 a.m. an abandoned box truck was reported nearby.

POINT REYES STATION: At 2:02 p.m. a deputy marked a camper for removal.

WOODACRE: At 2:23 p.m. someone wanted a restraining order against their sister.

STINSON BEACH: At 3:12 p.m. a deputy checked on a homeless camp, finding it clean.

BOLINAS: At 3:32 p.m. the deputy checked on another camp, this one located on private property, and told the inhabitant to move along. 

BOLINAS: At 4 p.m. the deputy marked a camper for removal. 

SAMUEL P. TAYLOR: At 5:38 p.m. an empty car was reported in the boulevard. Its owner said it had run out of gas and she couldn’t push it out of the road but she would be back soon with fuel. 

STINSON BEACH: At 6:26 p.m. someone with a restraining order against a man was concerned the man had lied to a judge about his possession of a firearm.

DILLON BEACH: At 11:17 p.m. someone called for medics.

Friday, April 17

MARSHALL: At 3:55 a.m. a woman called but said it was accidental, though she sounded slightly drunk and added that she wanted to punch a man in the face. 

INVERNESS: At 8:05 a.m. someone called about the scheduled towing of vehicles on Highland Way.

POINT REYES STATION: At 8:46 a.m. a woman said a man she was protected from by court order had caller her six times that day and had come to her house the day before.

BOLINAS: At 10:50 a.m. someone needed medics on Wharf Road.

CHILENO VALLEY: At 11:40 a.m. public works staff said they had been mowing along Point Reyes-Petaluma Road when they uncovered a blue Tesla with its airbags deployed, buried deep in brush. Deputies noted that it was listed as stolen. 

DILLON BEACH: At 1:33 p.m. someone asked for a welfare check on a man who had made troubling statements.

POINT REYES STATION: At 1:43 p.m. deputies notified a victim of an alleged perpetrator’s release.

STINSON BEACH: At 4:17 p.m. a man in a mask was seen acting erratic and kicking in the window of a parked pickup. 

DILLON BEACH: At 6:47 p.m. youths were sitting atop a car being driven by other youths around the village. 

BOLINAS: At 9:34 p.m. a car was stalled.

STINSON BEACH: At 11:43 p.m. young people were lighting fireworks around a beach bonfire.

Saturday, April 18

INVERNESS PARK: At 9:38 a.m. someone called for medics.

FOREST KNOLLS: At 1:44 p.m. someone else called for medics.

POINT REYES STATION: At 2:37 p.m. a pansexual Jewish woman said a flag outside her house had been cut.

POINT REYES STATION: At 2:50 p.m. someone was worried that people were taking up permanent residence in R.V.s parked on A Street.

SAN GERONIMO: At 5:51 p.m. a tall, elderly man with a staggering gait was walking west on the valley drive.

MUIR BEACH: At 8:14 p.m. a passing motorist heard a woman screaming for help.

STINSON BEACH: At 11:06 p.m. a woman had become separated from a hiking group.
