STINSON BEACH: At 3:36 p.m. a beachgoer said a woman in a flowered skirt kept wading into the surf with two walking sticks and ignoring people who asked if she needed help.

LAGUNITAS: At 11:39 a.m. a man said a neighbor had shouted threats while he was walking his dog offleash.

LAGUNITAS: At 12:04 p.m. someone said a couple at the Inkwells was “having sex in front of everyone.” Deputies found them and counseled them on the consequences of such behavior, though other bystanders said they had been fully clothed.
