The Green Bridge is an ideal candidate for a retrofit. Yet for more than two years, Caltrans has not responded to several comment letters that included retrofit methods that would meet the same standards as the replacement bridge alternatives. My suggested methods are commonly used by Caltrans and would be much cheaper, faster and less disruptive to the creek . . .
