Nico Thomas Sanchez was born on Jan. 14, at the Santa Rosa Kaiser hospital—the first baby we know of to be born this year in West Marin. Nico measured 21 inches and weighed eight pounds, three ounces. His mom, Lindsey McFadden, a fourth-generation local whose great-grandparents built a dairy in Olema, works at the Wells Fargo in Point Reyes Station; his dad, Daniel Sanchez, is from Tomales and works at the Marshall Store. Nico is their first child. Welcome, Nico, and thanks to our advertisers for their generous gifts!
