Two men who headed out for a midnight paddle to view bioluminescence in Tomales Bay on Saturday night did not return to shore, the second time this year that canoeists have drowned in the bay’s cold and choppy waters.
Casey Flynn Melia, a 36-year-old from San Francisco, and Alexander Ferguson, a 37-year-old Pacifica resident, were part of a small group who planned to spend the night at White Gulch Beach, on the bay’s western shore.…
