The Point Reyes Seashore Lodge, which former co-owner Jeff Harriman put on the market in 2013 for $9.8 million, sold last month for about $7.5 million, according to county assessor’s records. The new owners of four contiguous parcels that comprise the lodge and Farm House Restaurant and Bar are two limited partnerships—Olema House, L.P. and Olema Properties, L.P. Mill Valley entrepreneur Martin Sacks, who has long worked in the computer software business, is the listed member of both partnerships in the assessor’s records. The partnerships share a Mill Valley address, that of the corporate headquarters of Altula, which sells organizational charting software. Mr. Harriman built the 22-room lodge in 1988, and over a decade ago had hoped to expand it with another lodge just north of the current site. But the county decided against the project, citing creek buffer zones and height limits. The Light was unable to reach Mr. Sacks for comment.
