A Point Reyes Station man has been arrested again after driving without a license following a court appearance on the same charges, authorities said this week. Adam Michael Haley, 32, was arrested last week on Wednesday for stealing the truck he drove after his court appearance from his parents, who decided to press charges, said Officer Andrew Barclay of the California Highway Patrol. The truck had initially been impounded after a San Rafael police operation targeted unlicensed drivers. News of the incident was first reported by the Marin Independent Journal. Mr. Haley is not listed as having legal representation and is not currently in custody, according to a Marin County District Attorney employee who declined to be named. Attempts to reach Mr. Haley at home were not successful.
