Limantour Road in Point Reyes National Seashore will be closed weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. during October while a culvert that collapsed New Year’s Day is repaired. The road, which leads to Limantour Beach, the Point Reyes Hostel and the Clem Miller Visitor Center—destinations that collectively draw more than 150,000 visitors a year—was temporarily restored to a single lane and a section of the 48-inch culvert filled in while permits were acquired. Limantour Road will be open to traffic on weekends and weekdays from 5 p.m. until 8 a.m.
