A federal judge has sided with the Department of the Interior, the National Park Service and the Nature Conservancy, dismissing a lawsuit brought by workers and other tenants challenging the settlement that ended most cattle ranching in the Point Reyes National Seashore and resulted in their eviction. The lawsuit was filed last February by dozens of people who live on the park’s dairies and ranches who must vacate their homes by March 1.
