A 45-year-old man fell to his death while fishing from a bluff near Rodeo Beach at the Marin Headlands last Saturday. Bernin Alarcon Figueroa of San Pablo fell 30 to 40 feet into high-tide waters at around 3:15 p.m. His friend, who was not carrying a cell phone, contacted a park visitor, who called authorities.
