A Bolinas summer musical for children will explore how the town has changed and remained the same since the 1870’s. Bolinas Bay Performing Arts’ Theater on the Lagoon summer camp announced its June project, Jugville: The Musical. The play, for actors between 8 and 14 years old, will be about life in 1870’s Bolinas, when the town was called Jugville. Founder and artistic director Molly Maguire, who said she was “intrigued by Bolinas and its past,” wrote and will direct the play. Applications will be accepted until all 20 spots are filled.
