Mandy O'Daul taught a group gathered inside Smiley's Schooner Saloon on Monday evening how to make wreaths from clippings of bay, cedar, tulsi, oak and other trees and plants. The money raised through the class will go toward a single family—it's not yet decided which—affected by the Camp Fire as part of Ms. O'Daul's Wreaths for Relief campaign.
