West Marin’s first big storm of the winter struck on Tuesday night, delivering 2.3 inches of rain to Inverness. Down the road, contractor Daniel Cordrey found his work van crushed by a fallen tree. The region has seen scarce rainfall this year, perhaps an example of the shifting storm paths that meteorologists predict with climate change.
