Valley residents rally to help former golf course employee.

Friends gathered at the Papermill Creek Saloon on Sunday to show support for longtime San Geronimo Golf Course's head pro shop employee, Steve Gaddis. A GoFundMe campaign has raised half of its $10,000 goal to help Mr. Gaddis, a San Geronimo Valley resident who lost his job when the course closed down and was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma shortly after. In a benefit raffle on Sunday that featured nearly 30 prizes, Mr. Gaddis pulled the winning tickets, and twenty local musicians volunteered to play. The event raised $3,500.
