Friends gathered at the Papermill Creek Saloon on Sunday to show support for longtime San Geronimo Golf Course's head pro shop employee, Steve Gaddis. A GoFundMe campaign has raised half of its $10,000 goal to help Mr. Gaddis, a San Geronimo Valley resident who lost his job when the course closed down and was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma shortly after. In a benefit raffle on Sunday that featured nearly 30 prizes, Mr. Gaddis pulled the winning tickets, and twenty local musicians volunteered to play. The event raised $3,500.   David Briggs
