Sign-ups for Tomales High School’s soccer teams exploded this year, with combined rosters surpassing 40 kids. (The football team shrunk to only 14 players for their season opener last month.) The boys soccer team hasn’t lost a league game yet, ranking them at the top of their division conference and giving them a shot at this year’s playoffs. The team decimated Laytonville at the Braves’ home game Monday afternoon (above), putting away 16 goals and only allowing their opponents to score two.
