Samantha Sachs, the owner of Pump Espresso Bar, pictured at center, has a grand vision for her Forest Knolls café. After moving down the street in July, she now hopes to expand hours into the evening, add soups and salads to the menu and create both an indoor and a patio spot where valley residents can hang out.
