Contractors for PG&E set up a community resource center and charging station in the West Marin School parking on Tuesday night in anticipation of a planned power outage that never came to fruition: it was cancelled for West Marin on Tuesday afternoon. No resource centers were set up in West Marin during either of this year's previous power outages. As of print time, nearly 18,000 customers in Sonoma County are expected to have power cut this week.   David Briggs
