SAN GERONIMO VALLEY: Music duo Mwanza Furaha and Gail Muldrow will collaborate for a variety show to kick off Black History Month. The show, called Cabaret Underground, will feature performances of Maya Angelou’s poetry set before a background of live John Coltrane tunes. The show is scheduled for Feb. 7 at the San Geronimo Valley Community Center. — Beau Evans
