MEXICAN INDEPENDENCE: Revelers consumed traditional foods, enjoyed a Mariachi band and danced with the members of Petaluma’s Ballet Folklorico Paquiyollotzin on Saturday in the Point Reyes Station commons, celebrating Mexican Independence in 1821, won after an 11-year war.
