Over 300 bicyclists participated in the Holstein 100, West Marin Senior Services’ annual fundraiser, on Saturday, August 19, 2012. The early birds enjoyed a breathtaking sunrise while they munched homemade granola and Greek yogurt. At the 35-mile rest stop, cyclists dined on roasted potatoes and watermelon and at the end of 60 miles they were served heaping plates of award-winning chili, roast chicken, pesto pasta with zucchini and local field greens dotted with Point Reyes Blue.
