LIBRARIES: Rachael Palacios drew designs on teens during a henna art workshop at the Stinson Beach Library on Monday. Ms. Palacios has been travelling the Bay Area library circuit all summer, teaching young adults how to make the mixture, which includes essential oils and herbs and which can also be used as sunscreen or as insect repellent for animals.
