Restaurateur-to-be Tony Caracci, who purchased the old Video West space in Forest Knolls, has applied for a temporary use permit to open a food truck while his smokehouse is under construction. If approved, the truck will serve the same food as the smokehouse, which he plans to open in four to six months—barbecue, smoked meats and baked goods.
