Duck Cove demolition begins.

October 19, 2017
A National Park Service contractor demolished houses at a former Tomales Bay enclave on Tuesday. The remaining buildings at Duck Cove, now part of the national seashore, will be removed in coming weeks. “The structures are riddled with termite infestation and little structural integrity is left,” spokesman John Dell’Osso said. “Water systems and wastewater systems are nearly non-existent.”
