Groundwater seeped into one of three tanks at Bo Gas during repairs over the summer and the community land trust that owns the station is still waiting on expert help—and the dry season—to fix the problem. A spokeswoman said high levels of tourist traffic have meant an increase in sales (the station remains in operation) that, in turn, will help the land trust qualify for a loan to cover the repair, which could include temporarily raising the tank or—the cheaper option—filling it in and shutting it down altogether.   David Briggs
