Longtime Bolinas resident Harmony Maia will leave her home to the Bolinas Community Land Trust. “This place has been a sanctuary for me,” she said. “Bolinas has given me so much, I want to give back now.” Her Big Mesa home will be the second residence given to the land trust as a legacy gift, and will be preserved in perpetuity as affordable housing.   David Briggs
