Sheryl Cahill is opening her second restaurant in Point Reyes Station this Friday. The Side Street Kitchen, located in the old Pine Cone Diner space, will feature “simple and wholesome” foods—rotisserie chicken, cold smoked oysters and trout and apple fritters reminiscent of ones she savored as a child in Arcata. The eatery will be open for lunch and dinner seven days a week.    David Briggs
