MEMBERS OF THE INVERNESS FOUNDATION AND COMMUNITY LAND TRUST ASSOCIATION OF WEST MARIN ON A SECOND VALLEY PROPERTY DONATED FOR COMMUNITY HOUSING
A longtime Inverness resident bequeathed a two-acre property to the Inverness Foundation in 2017. This year, the foundation donated it to CLAM for community housing. The donation, which includes a home, a cottage and over an acre of preserved seasonal wetland, creates two stable and affordable rental homes. William Now has retained his rental of the cottage and a local family has rented the house. Pictured here from the left are Maureen Cornelia, CLAM’s board president; Laurie Monserrat, a CLAM board member; Corey Ohama, another board member; Kim Thompson, CLAM’s executive director; Eric Oldmixon, a CLAM board member; Myn Adess, a CLAM board member; Kathy Hartzell, board president of the Inverness Foundation; Marshall Livingston, a CLAM board member; Francine Allen, a board member of the Inverness Foundation; Susan Scott, a CLAM board member; Susan Brayton, another board member; and William Now.
