Woodacre friends Jeff and Carlina Bjork and Dan and Shashona Decuman, who design their own wetsuits and eco-friendly apparel, opened a brick-and-mortar shop at the intersection of Levee Road and Highway 1 last weekend. Surfers should check out the blind-stitched, retro smoothie wetsuits Mr. Bjork recently perfected, and all beachgoers can peruse the organic Tencel tanks, T-shirts and sweatshirts with one-word prints such as “Aloha.” OCN Culture is open Thursdays through Mondays in the space just vacated by Captain Oko, which will reopen in the Cheda building next weekend.
