Dominic Grossi’s life has revolved around dairying. He grew up on his family’s ranch in West Novato, across from Stafford Lake. In high school, he participated in Petaluma’s Future Farmers of America and the agricultural mechanics team (the latter of which earned a state championship in 1989).
