West Marin sixth grader wins award for essay

AWARDS: West Marin School sixth grader Seth Wollenburg earned $50 for himself and $200 for his class last week, when his essay on gratitude placed in the top 20 of 350 entries from middle schoolers across the county. The Phillips Writing Contest has awarded prizes for the last 25 years for essays on a variety of themes; Seth’s focused on his gratitude for his family.
