CHILD CARE: Barbara Clifton Zarate (left), of the Marin Community Foundation, introduced the first of what will be many meetings of child care providers on how to improve child care in West Marin, during a Tuesday meeting at the Dance Palace. But most agreed that any solution requires significantly more funding.
