Vacancy on disabilities board

The Marin County Board of Supervisors announced one vacancy on the Developmental Disabilities Board, created by state law in 1969 to advocate for the civil, legal and service rights of individuals with developmental disabilities. This area board, representing Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Francisco and San Mateo Counties, aims to ensure that services are of the highest possible quality and designed to increase the independence, inclusion, productivity and self-determination of each individual throughout their lifetime.
