The Point
Reyes Light is a weekly subscription newspaper. It is the
only newspaper to cover all the news of West Marin and only
news of West Marin.
In addition to our subcribers, The Light is sold at various
locations in Southern Sonoma County, East and West Marin.
The Light won the Pulitzer Prize for Public Service in 1979
for an expose of the Synanon cult. It has been ecognized with
awards every year from among California’s small weeklies
during the annual judging of the state’s newspapers
by the California Newspaper Publishers’ Association.
